Multimedia Shows

Projection mapping shows on building facades, light and multimedia shows for city events, festivals and government events – turnkey, from idea to commissioning. HALO delivered a show for the 80th anniversary of Victory on the facade of the Moscow Government House, a 3D mapping show for the 90th anniversary of the Moscow Metro and a show on the water screens of the “Park Sveta” festival. We take on the concept, CG content, sound, equipment and schedule coordination – and launch exactly on the event date.

Questions & answers

How long does a projection mapping show take?

The typical timeline is 4 to 10 weeks depending on the running time and the complexity of the content. We have worked to tight government-event deadlines too: content by a fixed date is our routine, not an emergency.

What does the budget depend on?

Three main factors: the running time and complexity of the CG content, the area and geometry of the projection surface, and the equipment set (projectors, media servers, sound). After the brief we provide a cost estimate broken down by stage – with no hidden items.

Do you work under 44-FZ and 223-FZ?

Yes. We regularly deliver contracts for government clients and corporations: the Moscow Government, regional governments, state corporations. We prepare the full documentation package and meet the reporting requirements and contract deadlines.

What do you need from us as the client?

The event date and venue, the objective and audience, and access to the facade or site for measurements and installation. The rest – the concept, content, equipment and approvals – we take on ourselves.
