“We Are the Far East” stand

The Far East stand worked at Russia Expo, the international exhibition-forum at VDNKh — in the regions pavilion, where every territory presents itself side by side with its neighbours.

In that setting the content works on recognition: in the short time a visitor spends at the stand, they need to grasp the character and the face of the Russian Far East. Multimedia gives the region a visual voice among dozens of other stands — a ring-shaped LED compass above the reception, winter panoramas, an interactive route map across the country and a Far East quest.

For a territory this large it is also a question of representation: one stand has to hold an enormous region and present it as a whole, without reducing it to a set of generic shots.
